ySens is a legit GPT (get-paid-to) sites that lets you make money online by completing a variety of tasks in your spare time. And this site is from the same family of Swagbucks and MyPoints, two other massively popular platforms.
But is ySense really a good way to earn? Or is this website fake and promoting false claims?
I signed up for ySense to find out the truth. And my ySense review is going to cover everything you need to know about getting the most out of it.

What Is ySense?
ySense, formerly known as Clixsense, is an online GPT platform that rewards you for completing tasks like paid surveys, watching videos, completing offers, playing games for money, and more.
The website began in 2012 and is owned by Prodege, the same company that owns leading sites like Swagbucks and InboxDollars. And my video above shares how it works and my experience with using the site.
Since its founding, ySense has partnered with nearly 15 different research companies to produce as many surveys as possible for users. And it's now one of the most globally-popular rewards websites out there.
At the time of writing, ySense also has a 3.9 star rating on TrustPilot with over 1,500 reviews and 64% of them being 5 stars.
Overall, if you want a fun and easy way to get free PayPal cash and gift cards, ySense is one website you can add to your money-making toolkit.
There are definitely negative ySense reviews about low earning potential, but this is always the case with any survey and reward app.
GPT sites aren't a replacement for an online job or your day job. Rather, they're a flexible online side hustle you can use to earn some quick cash on the side without much effort.
So, while ySense is completely legit and safe, it might not be worth it if you’re looking to make a lot of money. This platform won’t make you rich, so keep your expectations realistic before deciding to utilize it.
How Does ySense Work?
Getting started with ySense was extremely easy when I signed up. All you need is a computer with good internet to start and you're off to the races.
All-in-all, ySense works in 8 simple steps:
Answer Surveys
Complete Offers
Watch Videos
Play Games
Complete Your Daily Checklist
Refer Your Friends
Cash Out
To sign up, head over to ysense.com and fill out the “Join Now” form on the homepage.
After setting up an email and password, all you need to provide is your first and last name and a username. You then activate your account by verifying the link sent to your email.
Your main dashboard includes a profile survey that you have to complete to unlock all the other offers. This survey pays $0.05 and helps ySense match you with surveys and offers that are more relevant.
This is the same process sites like Ipsos iSay and Branded Surveys follow, so don't be too surprised!
A lack of an instant sign up bonus is a small downside of ySense. But I like that it doesn't take very long to get started with the site.
Answer Surveys
Answering surveys is the main way to earn rewards on ySense. You can access all your available surveys under the “Surveys” menu which includes paid survey opportunities and the ySense daily poll.
Every survey shows you how long it takes to complete and how much you earn upon completion.
If a survey has a red flag next to it, that means the survey only pays you 30 days after completing it. Otherwise, the survey pays you instantly.
Most of the surveys on my ySense dashboard had an average completion time of 15 minutes and paid an average of $0.2-$1. This is once again pretty normal for the paid survey world.
In my experience, platforms like Branded Surveys and Survey Junkie pay a bit more per survey oftentimes. But ySense has pretty regular survey rates.
Just note that you can get disqualified for a survey, even if it's available on your dashboard, which is always a downside with many GPT sites like this.
3. Complete Offers
The ySense “Offers” section has tons of different ways to earn money. This is because ySense partners with Offer Wall companies like AdGate, Adscend, and OfferToro to bring you lots of sponsored offers.
Each one of these sections has multiple different offers that you can complete. Some examples of offers on ySense include:
Signing up for a banking app
Playing games for cash
Joining giveaways
Complete short questionnaires
Product review jobs
Signing up for subscriptions and free trials
Getting paid to shop
Offers outline the steps you have to follow and how much you earn upon completion. Pay ranges anywhere from $2.50 to $50+, so there's a lot of variety.
Keep in mind that some offers require you to purchase things or input a credit card for a subscription, so I would avoid those unless it’s a purchase you would make anyways.
4. Watch Videos
If you want to generate passive income, this ySense feature is definitely for you.
With ySense, you can earn small amounts of cash for watching videos and ads. This is one of the easiest ways to earn, but the pay is also quite low for this one.
You access the videos under the “Offers” section with most of them being found under the “Adscend” category.
You can then filter videos by trending, new, easy, and featured. Plus, you can scroll through videos to see which category you want to watch.
Check out some of the the video categories on my ySense dashboard:
Music
Celebrities
Gaming
Pets & Animals
Technology
Movies
Food
While the variety is definitely there, the amount of videos they offer is pretty low, and so is the pay.
5. Play Games
Playing mobile games that pay is nothing new when it comes to GPT sites. If you’ve used apps like Mistplay or Rewarded Play before then you should already know how this works.
In a nutshell, ySense pays you to download games and then play them. Some of the games available on ySense include
Lucky Bingo
Puzzles & Survival
Yahtzee
Bingo Cash
Scrabble
Match Masters
Solitaire Cube
Merge Dragons
Stars Slots
The average game on ySense has relatively hard requirements compared to other mobile apps that pay, but the earnings seem much higher. For example, you can earn anywhere between $1-$50 for reaching certain milestones, levels, or hours played on a game.
Just be sure to read the fine details under each offer so you don’t have any wrong expectations.
And note that apps like Mistplay and platforms like Gamehag or Buff have a much wider selection of games you can play for rewards.
. Complete Your Daily Checklist
Your daily ySense checklist is a list of offers, surveys, and polls that are only active for 24 hours. The goal is to complete all of these before time is up so you make as much money as possible.
Daily polls are the most popular offers on your daily checklist. You get to share your opinion (usually on a fun question/topic) and get paid for it.
Polls only pay a few cents per day, but if you’re a consistent user, that money can add up.
Swagbucks, a sister website to ySense, also has a daily checklist, and so does InboxDollars. I find that this is a nice target to aim for each day to maximize your earnings.
When you refer your friends to ySense, you earn a sign up bonus of $0.30 per active user that signs up. This $0.30 bonus is for most countries, but a few countries only offer $0.10 per user.
Additionally, once your referral earns their first $5, you receive a $2 bonus. On top of that, every survey or offer that your referral completes pays you a 20% commission (without taking any money from your friends).
ySense referral program
It’s possible to increase your commission rate to 30% if you have 100 active referrals that have made at least one transaction within a month.
Overall, the ySense referral program is quite good if you invite a lot of people to join. However, many $5 sign up bonuses like you get with Swagbucks or InboxDollars are better in my opinion.
Who Can Use ySense?
You can sign up for ySense if you're 13 or older in the United States or 16 or older in other countries. ySense is available in 15+ countries, including:
Australia
Austria
Brazil
Canada
Chile
Denmark
France
